Apple has officially announced their “Spring Loaded” event will be next Tuesday, April 20th. The event is largely expected to involve a new iPad Pro, potentially an update to the iPad mini, and perhaps our long awaited AirTags. AirTags are Apple’s rumored tracking devices for attaching to things you lose often, like your keys, the remote, or your sanity.
I’m told Apple had to drop the sanity feature. Sorry, everyone, I know that’s something we desperately needed.
The event will be on Tuesday, April 20th. Apple’s invite seems to include the familiar sketched design from previous Apple events. Even Siri has begun answering users, telling them the date and time of Apple’s upcoming event next week. Besides the iPads and AirTags, we could also see other updates. The Apple TV is quite old at this point, and rumors of new iMacs have been floating around as well.
