Okay, no, the pandemic is still on, and I’m not buying shots or laptop repairs. But, despite that, all 270 of Apple’s stores in the U.S. are now open. They’ll still follow local pandemic guidelines as well as Apple’s own practices, but your local Apple Store can see you now.
If you want to go.
Opening Now
As of March 13th of last year, Apple shut down many of their Apple Stores outside of China. As the pandemic has grown and lessened in severity, Apple has closed and opened Apple Stores as necessary. However, for the first time since early 2020, Apple’s opening all of their stores in the U.S. This would have happened sooner, however, one of Apple’s locations was closed in Texas due to their unprecedented winter storm.
Most Apple Stores are still following local laws as well as Apple’s own guidelines. This means most of them are pickup and drop-off only. Others may be by appointment only. Still, a few Apple Stores may be open in a greater capacity. You can check that status of your local Apple Store on Apple’s website.
We’re not finished with this pandemic yet, but things are getting better. The vaccine rollout will continue to save lives. Soon, we’ll have some semblance of normalcy returning.
Unless COVID-21 is hiding around the corner.
